International Trade and Finance

The master program of the Department of Economics of the Gebze Technical University offers a rich education to students who want to work in the private or public sector and individuals who are already working since 2010. Master’s education includes a 2-year program. The maximum duration of the program is 3 years. Students must complete the credited courses and the seminar course within four semesters.

The aim is to develop the knowledge and skills necessary for the processes of analyzing economic facts, questioning, researching, predicting and making rational decisions, and ultimately to train specialized and successful economists who can work in private and public institutions/organizations operating in various sectors.

For graduation, at least 30 GTU credits and a project course must be successfully completed and a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 is required.
