GTU Department of Management is well equiped with state-of-the-art instrumentation in its spacious facilities in which researches can be carried out mainly in Leadership and strategic management, Organizational behavior of individuals and the roles of teams and networks within organizations, Entrepreneurial behavior of individuals and firms, Organizational theories and main functions of planning, organizing, staffing, executing and controlling.

Social facilities in Çayırova Campus available to all the GTU students are two sports centers, an outdoor swimming pool, a tenis court, a football field, spacious reading rooms in brand-new library, a restaurant, canteens in various spots and a huge open-air field with a magnificant view for outdoor sports.
