GTÜ CIVIL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT, with its modern equipment and wide working areas, provides the students with the opportunity to make the most up-to-date researches with its Computer Aided Design (CAD) Laboratory, Building Materials Laboratory, Earthquake Laboratory, Hydraulic Laboratory, Geotechnical Laboratory.

Social facilities in Çayırova Campus available to all the GTU students are two sports centers, an outdoor swimming pool, a tenis court, a football field, spacious reading rooms in brand-new library, a restaurant, canteens in various spots and a huge open-air field with a magnificant view for outdoor sports.
