DEPARTMENTAL FACILITIES

GTU Department of Environmental Engineering is well equiped with state-of-the-art instrumentation in its spacious 7 research laboratories and 3 accreditted laboratories which are accredited for the most of the analysis by TURKAK (Turkish Accreditation Agency). The research laboratories are equipped with necessary lab and pilot-scale systems and modern measurement devices considering the research activities performed. The accredited analysis laboratories facilitate analysis of water, waste water, sea water, mud, ash, soil and internal-external air.

Social facilities in Çayırova Campus available to all the GTU students are two sports centers, an outdoor swimming pool, a tenis court, a football field, spacious reading rooms in brand-new library, a restaurant, canteens in various spots and a huge open-air field with a magnificant view for outdoor sports.
