The Interdisciplinary Bioinformatics and Systems Biology PhD Program offers research projects on the elucidation of working principles of the cell and investigation the molecular mechanisms of several diseases by using computational analysis of biological data and cellular networks. Besides, Bioinformatics and Systems Biology laboratory offers state-of-the-art research to students in the program. The laboratory infracstructure includes 6 workstations, 3 servers and 20 personal computers with high CPU and RAM capacity, to be used for fast and efficient computational research on advanced bioinformatics.
