In order to receive a master's degree from the Climate Change Master's Program, at least 7 courses, 2 seminar courses (non-credit), 1 Scientific Research Ethics course (non-credit), and a specialization course (thesis course) offered by the student's thesis advisor every semester starting from the semester in which the student passes the qualifying exam, must be taken, provided that not less than 21 credits are taken in accordance with the fifth chapter, forty-sixth article of the Gebze Technical University Graduate Education and Training Regulations. 

- Successfully complete at least 7 different courses and two seminars by taking at least 21 GTU credits; 

- Achieve a GPA of at least 3.00 out of 4.00 (GTU passing grade: BB - ECTS passing grade: C); 

- Students who prepare a master's thesis and are successful in the thesis defense exam are awarded a master's degree in Climate Change Program
