Biyoinformatics and Systems Biology MSc program will be launched in 2016 by the Departments of Bioengineering, Molecular Biology and Genetics, and Computer Engineering.

This is the first MSc Program in Turkey that brings Bioinformatics and Systems Biology together. Medium of instruction is English. The program will provide the participants with opportunities to do research, among others, in the analysis of genome-wide biological data and in the design of personalized strategies for the prevention and treatment of diseases.

The research in the program is supported by GTU Scientific Research Fund and The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK). International projects will also be conducted.
