Purpose of the course: To provide more effective services to citizens by local/central governments and sector representatives with the strategic and technical components necessary to establish a smart city infrastructure, It is aimed to give information about smart solutions and application areas in order to systematically, quickly and sustainably foresee and define the difficulties.
