Purpose of the course: |
This course aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of organizational adaptation to the digital age. Through a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, students explore topics such as Digital Customer Experience Management, Social Interaction, Digital Marketing, Digital Commerce, Digital Channel Management, Knowledge & Content Management, Customization & Personalization, Digital Intelligence, Digital Data Management, Digital Infrastructure Management, Digital Alignment, and Digital Capability Planning Methodology. By delving into these areas, students learn to strategically plan and develop digital capabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while harnessing the power of digital tools and technologies to drive business growth and innovation.
